Omagh's first retirement village is now home to many happy residents. The retirement village is full of vibrancy and life and this was easy to see during the April 2017 Macmillan Cancer Coffee Morning. Anaeleigh McCormick of Locate Estate Agents had first put the idea to some of the residents. 'I thought it would be a lovely event where all the residents could come together in organizing something. With an aging population, charities such as MacMillan Cancer can do with all the fundraising they can get to help support people during some of the most difficult times of their life.' The coffee morning brought a great buzz to Woodbrook Village, and in return raised just over £280. Pictured is Emma from MacMillan Cancer who called to meet us and to receive the cheque.
