It has just been revealed that Woodbrook Village the innovative over 45s development on the Brookmount Road, Omagh has been selected as one of four finalists in a competition throughout the UK & Northern Ireland by Housebuilder Magazine in conjunction with the NHBC & the House Builder Federation as a retirement development. This is the first time that any retirement development in Northern Ireland has achieved this level of success in the industries equivalent of the Oscars. It's a development of 42 homes of which 18 have already been sold & are either under construction or already occupied. At the heart of the development is the Community Lodge building which will be the living room for the Woodbrook Village family.
